Blueprint Project Management was set up in 2021 by myself, Dennis Smith. My intention was to provide a comprehensive project management service to property investors and developers. Providing services from deal sourcing and deal appraisal, through planning, design and construction.

Having led a variety of projects, I have built long-lasting relationships with property professionals, consultants and sub-contractors which I utilise to give you a first-class service. You can rest assured, I manage a very competent team you can rely on.

Prior to Blueprint Project Management, I provided project management in high-pressure and challenging environments. I have managed and been involved in project teams in both the UK and Australia and, prior to project management, I have an extensive background in design.
