The deal appraisal stage is crucial in identifying if a project is going to be profitable and worth progressing, before too much time and expense is wasted. Using our vast experience of project costings, our analysis takes a detailed look at project finances and cash flow. We also provide architectural feasibility studies, to understand the possibilities available within the constraints of the building or plot. We want to provide you with all the information to enable effective decision-making.

It involves the creation, analysis and execution of contracts to ensure operational and financial performance is maximised and risks are minimised.
